Time Series
The time series plot allows you to view a time series for one day of data
for up to five points. The default time series shows the current date up
to the current time. Use the calendar to view other days. Figure 2
shows power data for June 17, 1998, at 11:20AM. (Red=Whole Building; Green=Chillers+Air
Handlers+Pumps+Cooling Tower; Blue=Air Handlers)
To display a time series graph, click on "Time Series" on
the main page.
The next screen has four panels.
-
Select a folder. If you are not sure which folder to look at, go to the
Point Name Reference. The headings correspond
to folders (AHU, CHILLER1, CHILLER2, CTOWER, POWERS, PUMPS, SYSTEM, WEATHER,
& STAT_PRES).
-
When you select a folder, the points in that folder will be displayed in
panel 2. Select one or more points. You can return to panel 1 if you wish
to load points from another folder as well, or continue to panel 3.
-
The points selected in panel 2 are displayed here. If you login again from
the same IP address, the points you viewed last time will be displayed
here, and thus you could skip panels 1 and 2 if you wanted to view the
same points again. You can select points and delete them from your list
as well. The maximum is five points. Additional points may appear on the
list but they will not be displayed on the graph.
-
Click OK to display your time series.
