Space Heating
Zone heating is supplied by hot water coils on main air system. Purchased steam is converted to hot water through a heat exchanger.

Controls
286 PC Pneumatic and DDC (Direct Digital Control) System with limited automation of central plant; some occupancy sensors. Installed 1985. System is operated only during the hours of 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. 

HVAC Distribution 
Chilled water is produced in a central plant. Conditioned air is distributed through supply and return ducts. Ten of eighteen rentable floors have been converted from constant volume (CV) to variable air volume (VAV); once all floors have been converted, the system will operate as a VAV system.

Lighting
T-8 lamps with electronic ballasts.
